Know a business whose website is costing them work? Introduce us. If they become a Website HQ client and they are still with us 60 days later, we send you a one-time thank-you by PayPal. A site that joins the Site Care Club pays you $200. An SEO plan pays 30% of their first month, and a website build pays 30% of the project, so referring a big job pays like a big job. The program is for current Website HQ clients, and there is no cap on how many businesses you can send.

How it works
No link to share, no dashboard to log into, no tracking code. You tell us who you sent, we write it down the day it arrives, and we pay you once they stick.

What your introduction is worth
The Site Care Club pays a flat $200 per site, because the plans sit close together and a percentage would not change much. SEO and website work get quoted differently for every business, so those pay a share of what the business actually signs. We did it that way on purpose. Sending us a $10,000 redesign should be worth more than sending us a small one.

Do I have to be a Website HQ client?
Yes. The program is open to current clients only, which is how we can keep track of who sent whom.
Why is one a flat fee and the other a percentage?
Site Care Club plans sit close together in price, so $200 is simple and fair across all three. SEO and website projects get quoted for the business in front of us, anywhere from a few thousand to five figures, so a percentage keeps a big referral worth more than a small one.
What if the business I refer signs more than one thing?
You earn each. An SEO plan and a Club site pay you 30% of the first SEO month plus $200.
What is the 30% actually calculated on?
For SEO, the first monthly fee, not the year. For a website project, the design and build work in the signed proposal. It does not include ad spend, third-party licenses, hosting, or change orders added later.
When exactly do I get paid?
We run payouts once a month. A referral is ready for the next run once that business has paid us at least one invoice and has been a client for 60 days.
What if they cancel?
If they leave before day 60, or their first payment is refunded, there is no payout for that referral. If they leave after we have paid you, the money stays yours.
Is there a limit on how many I can refer?
No, and there is no minimum payout either.
Do I have to tell people I get paid?
If you recommend us publicly, yes. The FTC requires that disclosure, and it is in the agreement.

Sign the referral agreement once and you are set. After that, all you do is tell us who you sent. We will confirm we have them, and you will hear from us when they sign.
