Before the project, we'll have a short call to discuss your needs and make recommendations based on your goals. This call helps us get to know each other and what type of creative collaboration is right for your project. If we move forward, you'll receive your contract and invoice to begin.

At the start of the project, we'll have a strategy call to review your project. We'll revisit your goals and go through our onboarding packet. We'll also create a timeline for milestones to complete your project.

Once we receive all your content, we'll begin the creative phase. You'll have access to a staging site to monitor your site design in development.

After a final review and testing, we're ready to launch your website!

We don't stop working here. With your Hosting Hub Plan, we'll continue to make important security updates to your website. Plus, you'll have access to our training hub, which will confidently help you update anything on your site.

When we are done developing your new website, you will have access to our library of video tutorials that will show you how to make future updates on your website. You can watch these tutorials over and over again, so you never wonder how to make a change. You won't need custom coding knowledge to update your new website.
