- Changes you (or someone you hire) make directly to the site.
- Third-party services we don’t control: your email platform, payment processor, or booking tools.
- Websites not hosted on our stack. Coverage starts when your site moves to us, and we migrate you free.

Am I locked into a contract?
No. Month to month. You own your site, your domain, and your content from day one, in writing. If you ever leave, we migrate you out free within 48 hours.
My site was built by someone else. Can it be covered?
That’s exactly what the free inspection is for. We audit your current site, show you what needs fixing, and tell you straight whether it qualifies. Most sites do after onboarding.
What does $125 a month actually include?
Enterprise hosting on Google Cloud through WP Engine, daily on-site and offsite backups, firewall and malware protection, 24-hour critical patching, $1,500+ a year in premium plugin licenses, and the warranty on all of it.
How do payouts work? Do I file a claim?
Never. Credits apply automatically. If your site is down an hour, a day of hosting is credited before you even email us. Miss a deadline and that month is free, applied to your next bill.
What’s the catch?
Honestly? We fireproofed the house before we insured it. Enterprise infrastructure, daily backups, 24-hour patching, and humans watching mean we almost never pay out. That’s why we can put it in writing, and nobody else will.
